My career is divided into two parts. Part 1 below shows my professional services and Part 2 is what I do for fun.

 

Part 1 –My Professional Career:

 

Over 15 years as a Professional Consultant in Training & Development and Leadership combined with extensive experience in facilitation and program development.

 

·        Consultant and facilitator in Leadership, and Training & Development

·        Design and conduct regular public workshops on Leadership, Training, Instructional Techniques, and other courses.

·        Frequent guest speaker and lecturer for many organizations including Lions Clubs, and numerous Chamber’s of Commerce in various locations.

·        Example: Administered and facilitated programs in Health & Safety, New Hire Orientation, Developing Leaders Courses, in addition to all scheduling, record keeping, and total administrative process for approx. 1000 employees with frequent fluctuation of personnel.

·        Example: Designed, facilitated, and administered training program for five skills levels. Program required specific courses to be administered over eight months with standardization testing. Program content encompassed a variety of fields including Leadership, Instructional Techniques, and specific organizational courses.

·        Example: Created, designed, analyzed, and administered a variety of satisfaction surveys to elicit feedback and recommendations. Surveys encompassed factors in leadership, available and potential training, and feedback on leadership, including analysis of organization leaders/managers.

·        Example: Designed, and implemented an interactive database and training program. Included all training manuals, help files, and CBT course.
